The travel charge is calculated by using Google Maps and the time it takes for the crew to get to the starting location from our office, plus the time to get back to our office from the final location. The total time is then multiplied by the hourly rate.
We have an hour and a half minimum, after the minimum is met we charge by the minute.. The labor rate starts when the crew arrives at the starting location and ends once everything is unloaded and in place at the final location. Any driving time between pick-up locations and drop-off locations (ex. between your current house and new house) runs on the clock.

Our hourly rate includes movers, truck(s), pads, hand trucks, dollies, straps, shrink, and credit card convenience fees. We also include long carries, stairs, and heavy item costs in our hourly rate.

Street parking is an issue, especially for movers. If you have a parking garage that’s 13’6″ tall, we’ll be able to fit, but a parking lot for the complex or a loading dock is optimal.
We are not bonded because we don’t require any kind of down payment or money upfront.

We take all major credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
Boxes, packing paper, tape, wardrobe boxes, TV boxes, and any other packing supplies are not included and will need to be provided by you or purchased from us.
We have the equipment to transport your belongings safely, but when unloading into a storage unit, you will need to provide blankets and/or mattress bags to protect your items. We do sell these items if you need them.
If you need us to load a truck for your move, you will need to provide or purchase blankets, straps, and mattress bags from us.
We use our own software program to provide estimates. Please be patient and answer all questions from our estimators truthfully and honestly, so we can give you the most accurate estimate possible.
